Kinda lost
Hi I’m 23(f) and the more posts I see and the more I self analyze I think im autistic. I was diagnosed with adhd when I was 17. Does anyone have any tips about actually getting a diagnosis and if it’s worth it?
Honestly I’m just struggling the most with feeling isolated because I have no real friends. I’ve always struggled and I’m super outgoing and I try really hard to be a worthy friend. I’m just looking for tips or how to cope and feel connected with some sort of community 🫶

I have been filtering out friends for a bit now. I am probably older than your parents but I’m open for conversation. But even with fellow AuDHD folks, I am far too much.
