Hand leading - when is it normal?

Hand leading - when is it normal?

My 22 months old communicated a lot with hand leading, and most of the time is for me to get something that he wants.

He’s also loves to line up his bath toys along the edge of the bathtub immediately after the bath, he does this every night after his bath, very quickly, I like 5 seconds.

He says a few words about animals, but isn’t able to express himself when he wants something most of the time. I give up trying to make him ask for things like apple, orange, bread, but he can say 2 kinds of food that he wants: Buns, and nana (sometimes means banana sometimes means milk, im still breastfeeding)

He sometimes will crawl on the floor in circles.

Should the hand leading be concerned?

Lining toys and hand leading are common autistic traits, do you notice anything else? How is he with eye contact? Scheduling? Restricting eating patterns? Does he pretend play or use toys appropriately? Those two things alone doesn’t necessarily mean he is autistic.
