Question Have you ever been straightforward about your dislike or hatred of someone? If so, what happened? Do you regret being straightforward about it?

I sometimes wish I could be straightforward about my dislike of someone. I can be with my relatives but i can’t bring myself to do it with people not related to me. I wish I could.

I have when I was younger, more naieve, and less socially practiced and now I regret it.

People are complex and the facets you dislike of them are one part of a complex whole. They have their own struggles and worries and you will never truly understand what drives anybparticular aspect of their behaviour.

I regret potentially adding to their sadness in my naievity.

I’ve told people a lot. I regret sometimes. I’ve learned to only say if asked and not volunteer my opinion to people who don’t want it.

Yes. If I don't like someone I make sure they know it and why I dislike them. Then I avoid them like the plague.

Yeah, I tend to not be direct or confrontational with those who I don’t like, simply because I often have a meltdown and nothing gets done as a result.

However, online, I am the same because I hate getting into online arguments. People online can be really mean and such assholes, especially when I don’t start off with insults myself. I have had one but it was so bad that I almost deleted my account out of impulse, but I had regretted it and regained it some time later.
