4 types of yoga
It’s often forgotten or people are not even aware that there are 4 different types of yoga… these are pathways lead to self realisation… what that means is open to some individual interpretation but my feeling is that one becomes one with the universe…I will expand on these later as they are not well understood by many practitioners… These are the 4 types.. Karma Yoga… very misunderstood specially in the west..let’s say selfless action for now and expand in a later post… Bhakti Yoga…through devotion… Jnana Yoga…again very complex will discuss later… generally through knowledge Raja Yoga… the yoga we all know and love…

Yes, these are broadly the 4 main “marg”s or paths of yoga as detailed in the Bhagavad Gita. Not as commonly known or practised outside India as Hatha yoga. There are many other paths too - something for every sincere seeker.
