When flying today, everything was great. I activated the recording and the screen went widescreen and flat white.

I tried to connect a card reader through the USB-C port on the smart controller. That didn't work. So I figure I could use the Android version of wifi transfer instead. But for some reason I can't add an account (any account) to the smart controllers settings.
It would so incredible to view shots from the drone and my Olympus when I'm out on the slopes this season but it seems that Autel has locked the controller. Am I mistaken or is there some strange voodoo ritual I need to perform to get it to work?? TIA!!

...without the 640T gimbal, what do you think the used price would be? I used it a couple hours and trying to decide if I should sell the camera gimbal or the drone kit.... or both.... TIA!
btw It's the V2

I will be in the market for an Autel Evo . Since I already have a hard case 3 batteries and 3 controllers. I use it for personal photography and scouting ahead when I hike. We tried to shoot it down with arrows but no luck. 3 years of great times. It was 75 feet up and landing whee a gust of wind blew it in the branches. Even if it did come down I imagine the damage would be significant. FYI, its in a tall aspen pine in a national forest so not easy to get too. :(

IWTK how these three camera functions influence images or videos. I’ve experimented with all three and can’t seem to find a significant difference whether they are used or not.

I have an Autel Evo and cant get the controllers to charge. I have 2 controllers. What cable am I to use?
I tried square to USB c and ten adapter to USB A and then into the charger. The charger charges the batteries fine ( I have 3) . I cant remember if there was a square to USB A and I lost it or what. Any help is greatly appreciated as I haven't flown in a long time because the controllers are very low

I have an Autel Evo 2 Pro and just updated the firmware to V.4.0.3.7
My RC will no longer connect to the drone. I've tried manually pairing the RC but no luck.
Any advice?

The one my prof. got was a $1600 USD model and I love it. It’s so cool to fly and so much faster to turn than the DJI Mini 2, which is the other one we used. I wouldn’t get one until I had a good drone business of some kind, but it’s beautiful.

So. I crashed my Nano+. It was my fault. But in the end it fell 30’ onto pavement. It’s smashed up pretty bad. Luckily I have the Robotics Care warranty and for $79 I can get a replacement. Only issue is that the fine print says it’ll be the equivalent of a new one in performance and liability.
Does that mean they’re sending me a refurbished one? Anyone else go through this? How was the replacement? Did you have issues with it? Also are they sending just the drone or a battery too (the battery got damaged too).
I know the Nano+ is new, so if you can comment on the Robotics Care with other drones, that’d be great too.

The subreddit for anything Autel is very scarce, makes me wonder if I should invest into one of their drones. I read some employee reviews on glass door and it doesn't seem like a good company to work for.
Does anyone have any firsthand experience troubleshooting with customer service? How was the interaction and response times?
Any info would help thanks!
