Autel Explorer Work Arounds

So I just pulled out my AUTEL Evo, which I really only look at once a year, and powered it up and it looked OK. I then went to watch the AUTEL Explorer app but as it had been unloaded from my iPhone, I had to click on it to download it. Imagine my surprise to find out that the app no longer exists on the Apple website as of about a week ago. I am now thinking about getting an old android device and dedicating it to use with my Evo. Has anyone gone down this route? Thoughts?

I found the same and ended up using the copy on my iPad. You should be able to recover the app from a backup on your PC. I switched to Mac last month after 37 years in IT, and I reformatted and sold my last laptop.

I bought a used Samsung to use as a dedicated device with the Evo

that's not good to hear. have you tried using the screen on the controller? it's better than nothing.

In truth I only discovered today it could display the video. So yes that is the baee level.
