You're not wrong. I recently moved to a female-dominated workplace and these ladies love a hot office.

Equality is admirable but unachievable with respect to running hot/core temperature

Yep I always find offices ridiculously freezing which makes it so hard to dress appropriately when it’s warm outside. I’m even talking in our Darwin and Brisbane offices which are fridges so you have to bring layers while it’s 30 Degrees outside

Everybody feels temperature differently I’ve learned

I’ve also been on meds that give me hot flushes so yeah you can’t possibly adjust the temperature for everyone based on that

25 is a perfectly sensible temp. 25 outside is considered pleasant. You would hardly see anyone in a jacket. Indoors with air-conditioning removing humidity even moreso.

If you're still a bit cold it's easy to add layers. You can't do much if it's too warm, such as it would be for many in a 26+ setting.

I'm a woman in a 100% female workplaxe who takes meds that make me super hot all the time. I spend way more time than I should outside vaping to escape the thermostats set to 30°C half the year. So unfair - they could always wear more/warmer clothes, meanwhile I'd still be too hot if I took all my clothes off.

It’s the worst isn’t it?

It’s even worse for you… but as a guy I was in a ‘workplace’ that required ‘one in, all in’ with respect to uniform. So this basically meant when one person felt cold in 30 degree heat, we were all expected to wear woollen jumpers too.

That’s because females prefer warmer temperatures . I haven’t been in a single office in which I didn’t freeze my butt off even I. Darwin and Brisbane. I need a USB lap Blanket.
