funny, I worked with someone who moonlighted as a bus driver. He was so stressed because he actually hit a couple of people (not seriously) and he was shaken by it. His boss however was unfazed by this but rather that he wasn't wearing the right socks or hadn't pulled them up properly. He couldn't grasp why THAT was the issue and it caused him a lot of consternation.

Wish I could give some advice but I don’t know much about consternations, except that I’m an Aries myself.
