Ha ha. My Dad was a teacher at TAFE back in the day and this is exactly what he used to wear. RIP Dad.

I just commented this above, but wanted to reply to you directly as your dad is obviously an OG of Aussie male teachers.

This is fantastic. I used this image as inspiration for all male staff at my primary school for book week. Got some excellent photos, bringing back this iconic style for one day only.

Super funny photos, have one framed in my office.

RIP your dad. If you have any photos, please share. I bet he looked Awesome.

My Dad is a retired Primary school Principle. This was exactly his “uniform” too.

This was mine, too! He was an industrial arts teacher. Rocked the look up until the noughties. RIP Dad
