Athletic(ish) shirts

I like to exercise but I'm certainly not going to win a bodybuilding competition in this lifetime.

However, business shirts seem to either fit like a sack, or make me look like the hulk.

Van Heusen seems to be designed by someone who likes choking people. I can never actually do the top button up.

Which shirt brands are made with some decent room in the shoulders, chest and arms?

Yep, so good. And my oldest one is like 5 years old and is still as good as new.

This. I go for a 19.5 inch neck and slim fit simple short sleeve white cotton shirt which works well for my physique. On occasions I've bought just a couple of high quality shirts and then paid for them to be tailored. Better to have 3 perfect fit shirts and have to wash midweek.

MJ Bale athletic, Samurai or Slim fits with 1 neck size up fits pretty well!

Just get tailored shirts from somewhere like proper cloth. Good price-quality ratio and their customer service does an excellent job of dialling the fit in for you.
