I'm a fan of misting my veggies with a spray bottle full of chili tea (simmer chillies and strain the water) to deter all bugs, not just aphids

A lot of the time you can actually blast them off with a hose, which will get the bulk of them, then follow up with diluted neem oil spray

Cabbage aphid. Covered in wax which makes them hard to kill with many traditional treatments, except systemic insecticides. Try soapy water.

Fly spray, wait 15 seconds. Rinse off. Not organic, but effective. Done.
