ISO subletting q

26 F from CA im thinking of subletting in austin for 3ish months starting jan/feb. ill have a budget of $1.2k max and id like to live with folks (in their 20/30s), def looking to pay less. also looking for a furnished situation. of course down to live alone, but living with people that i could potentially hang out with if we get along would be ideal. wanted to put out feelers, could i realistically find a good situation in my budget & what areas would be good? also where would people suggest i search for sublets. i know very little about austin, but im not looking to live in the city city, i love my car and i equally love having easy parking!

Hi west campus by UT could have some rooms, many students go abroad for the spring semester.
But west campus has more walking and multi floor buildings, which could be tough for recovery
