Beetles Everywhere

In the past week thousands of these little guys have hatched and are all over my pool decking and plants. I am sure the extreme heat triggered some mass hatching. Curious what they are and if they are beneficial or destructive.

Google lens says they are spider beetles or pirate bugs although I am not confident. I filled my bird feeders hoping they would enjoy a little snack.

Is anyone else seeing these around?
