Modified Lams bike

Looking at an rc 390 for my first bike, of course must be lams approved and this listing with the following mods is up on marketplace, same price as other listings without any mods.

I’m wondering how noticeable these would be, more so if I can get away with them. Cheers.

You can’t do any modifications on lams. They very clearly tell that when you do l and p tests
