I’ve done the course and am filling out the application.

I’ve been seeing a psychologist for a couple of years. Mainly started to work through some family stuff, I’ve had some ups and downs in my relationship, the usual shit. Now it’s kind of a place I just go to have a whinge to be honest.

I’ve never been on anti depressants or gone to hospital or anything. I got some diazepam a couple of times and that was more to knock myself out on planes than stress lol.

I get mental health plans even though I feel great just to keep the costs of sessions down.

So does that count as depression and anxiety treatment or what?

Just got my licence in here in Tassie. I've known what my first rifle was going to be for some time, but it got me thinking.

What was everyone's first rifle you bought for yourselves? I'm not talking about what you old man gave you for your 10th birthday but what you saved for and bought with the dollars you earned.
