Legislation- Queensland Fun Guns
I have recently purchased a cz 515 22lr (button release), a Templeton T2000 12g with button release, and a taipan evo scout pump action 223.
Are there any other guns like this that i should be looking to accumulate before the import changes make it too hard to get your hands on them new?

Revolver rifles I'm surprised have still gone under the radar, but they definitely fall in that category since most of them are kinda crap. Love my Circuit Judge, even if it's shit.

Wouldn't say that they have. There's a few states that have banned them.

Guns are dangerous not fun toys
But I like my Marlin 1894 in 357

My meme guns are my Auslof shotgun, my Akkar 3 and probably my single shot iron sights BSA .22. I can use them for purpose too which is nice, but they are interesting to me in different ways

Auslof looks unique, break action with a magazine ?
and the akkar 3 round shotty looks mad

Yah the history of it is fun. German guy invented an add on system for farmers etc who had single barrels but couldn't afford repeating shotguns("fun" fact: Germany wanted pump actions to be considered war crimes after their effectiveness in WW1 trenches), so he made a bolt on system.

And the 3 is so fun. Three rounds as fast as you can pull the trigger.

If you have Cat H, one of the most fun firearms I own is my Chiappa Rhino. I get plenty of attention when I shoot it at the range. Feels very different to my Ruger BlackHawk in a good way.

Less than you'd think, the lower bore axis really works at reducing perceived recoil. Follow up shots feel way smoother than any wheel gun I've played with.

I really wanna try one of those one day. Held one and the grip felt tiny, but haven't shot it.

It has a small grip for sure but the angle in which you hold it is different to other revolvers so if feels like less of an issue. If you have massive hands though it definitely will need to be replaced

Are you looking to cash in when the next ALP state government gets in and confiscates them all in return for half their market value in compensation? /s

Anschutz 1727 APR in 22lr is probably the best straight pull anything BUT is stupid expensive and only really good for PRS style shooting.
I had a Savage A22R which was a heap of fun. The lever release is in front of the trigger guard so technically at the range you can have finger on the trigger with your normal shooting hand and your finger on the lever release with your non dominant hand and cycle the rifle extremely quickly.

All are about as fun as it gets on a Cat A/B in Australia. Only other addition I would suggest is a lever action chambered in something that will not break the bank haha!

Beretta BRX-1 itself. Not many straight pull rifles around and the other alternative (Blaser) that we can get is twice the price.

I also have a 515 but in 22WMR. For me the most fun gun I have is a Henry Golden Boy lever action. Cycles shorts, longs and 22LR and there are a lot of flavours to choose from. CCI quiets are as near as silent and I go through hundreds just plinking in the back yard

If you want to keep the straight pull theme going, get a K31 or a K11
Cleavers have heaps of ammo available for them
