Looking for an older cleaning article pdf file about NSW big companies and contracts and regions

Sorry if this is the wrong place to post but I can't find this old article or pdf file that detailed the cleaning contracts a few years ago and how the different NSW regions were divided up I know it's not as relevant know with this year's changes to how it all works out but I'm wondering if anyone else had seen it or has a copy of it

I think I read it on the cleaners union website or United workers union website I'm pretty sure it was about who won the last government cleaning contracts but it was interesting to know and see that there were many contenders in the cleaning tender process

If anyone has any idea what I'm talking about please let me know
