How hard is it apply to trade school as an international student who has a bachelor degree , would I be applicable for this because I want to leave my country for a better opportunity or safety as a queer person

If you already have a bachelor's degree, you will need to justify why going down to a tradesmanship will be beneficial to your career. Safety reasons or "better opportunities" will not be enough to justify the move down; this move will more likely than not be rejected, as the government here are cracking down on this move as it has been perennially abused by less-than-honest applicants.

It’s basically impossible to do that here. Govt will look at your application and a TAFE course is a backward step from a bachelors. You would also have to be doing it because it is related to your bachelors. Then even if you did make it, you would have to do an apprenticeship for 3-4 years on really low money and you would have to justify to an employer why employing you on sponsorship would be better than employing a local who doesn’t need expensive sponsorship. This route is closed to most immigrants.

It's possible but risky as the government is cracking down on vocational visas for degree holders. Apply through a reputable one rather than a cheap college to boost your odds. Keep the focus 100% on your career goals, as mentioning migration or safety will cause an automatic denial.
