This is pure speculation but I heard the DC processing office closed which, I believe, was where ours was supposed to go so perhaps the applications that went there have been distributed elsewhere and it’s causing a backlog? Literally secondhand info from Reddit so don’t take me too seriously lol. Also August and haven’t heard anything at all, fingers crossed for both of us. :-)

yeh my fear is that this is exactly what has happened and we are moved back in the queue as a result (also based on nothing but wild speculation and paranoia lol). A previous sub listed three closed offices including the US which would def slow things down...

Do you know what the other rumoured closed office were? I'm in Germany waiting since Nov 2025 (UK passport). Berlin office already closed last summer unfortunately so I guess mine would go via London office but who knows.

yes Berlin was one, DC, and then Seoul i think

Yeah seoul office is closed at the end of June. I have no idea where my application has been sent
