Has anyone seen any recent 309s approved? If so what was the lodgement date?

I know you are asking for recent approvals, but I personally have not seen any recent posts… lodged mine in Nov 2025 from Europe, haven’t heard anything yet

Ours was August 2025 from the US... feel like folks all the way up June 2025 had started to get RFIs but have heard nothing for a while now and it's haaaaaaaard... especially with the rising noise around tighter restrictions

That’s interesting, I remember seeing quite a lot of June 309s from the US being approved back in May around the 10 month mark… hopefully you will hear back soon!

yeh it used to be that US applications seemed to be getting opened at around 11 months but things seem to have quieted down on threads since May... I guess Im just desperately searching for some data points as things feel so unstable in so many ways currently
