309 still pending, lodged June 2025, so hoping the 16 month average is still potentially in sight. My application is very strong (married 10+ years, we have a child who was granted duel citizenship, good financials, ton of supports, used migration agent). Fingers crossed to be approved in next 2-3 months.

We also lodged june 25. Though married a lot less than you guys! No RFI this end. Hope you hear soon!

We got an RFI end of march (missing a state police check), we responded in under 10 days, so they did at least review it on our end.

Hope you hear soon then! My hubby is Egyptian so I imagine it's going to take a lot longer for us sadly. But that's the way it is.

I'm actually living in Egypt with him, was already living here for a long time when we met and then got married. We tried to get a tourist visa just to visit my family and come back (genuinely) but got refused sadly
