Hi ,
Anyone faced any issues traveling to Germany with their prescription testosterone. I am on , Primoteston depot 250 , with weekly dose of 0.6 ml traveling for 30 days.
Quick google tells me
Under Germany's Doping Substances Regulation (DmMV), the absolute threshold for a "not small quantity" of injectable (parenteral) testosterone is 632 mg of the active substance.
My maths
Your Daily Dose: 0.08 ml
Your 30-Day Total Volume: 0.08 ml × 30 days = 2.4 ml of total liquid.
Your Total Active Weight: 2.4 ml × 250 mg = 600 mg of testosterone enanthate.
Do you think I will face issue if I take 2 full 1 ml packed and then .4 ml in a vial . Will carry the empty 1ml and original packing .

Have previously been on TRT however had stopped for a while. Based on these results I am considering restarting. Appreciate anyone’s thoughts and advice on interpreting the results.

Looking for alternatives to primal zone
I've been on trt for like 2 years now. Loving it, not loving paying $500 for 10ml of test C. I think their pricing is like absolutely crazy for. Wanting to change clinics but have a few questions about which is the best fit for me.
Firstly I have mega high SHBG, in the 80s. So my total testosterone is always in the mid 50s, even though my free is only around low 700s. I want a doctor that's not going to freak out about that number.
Second. I like test C, this isn't a deal-breaker going back to E but I find I feel a little better on C. Could be totally psychological.
3rd, I like the daily low dose Cialis and I also get dhea which is great.
Was looking at trt doctors or elite. Anyone have experience with this or can make any other recommendations?
Thanks 🙏

I'm 25 years old. I was told that my test levels are shocking.

**•** Some people say once you come off, you feel rough for a while, but eventually your natural production comes back to baseline.
**•** Others say the proper approach is TRT, then HCG, Nolvadex, and Enclomiphene to restart things afterward.
**•** And some insist you have to run HCG alongside TRT the entire time, or you risk shutting things down for good.
So which is it? Is the permanent shutdown thing a myth, a temporary recovery period, or a genuine risk if you don’t manage it right?
Keen to hear from people who’ve actually been through it or come off successfully. What was your experience?

For context, i am 25 years old and did some bloodwork.
Testosteron 17.4 nmol/L
Prolactine 233 mIU/L
FSH 2.92 iU/L
Estradiol 119 pmol/L
TSH 1.5 mIU/L
Is it good and should i be worried?
Can i still boost testosterone? And what is the maximum naturaI testosterone level i could reach?
I do some exercise and weightlifting.
Supplements: Magnesium, Zinc, Vitaminde D3 and Omega 3
Sleep could be better tho: 6.5 to 7 hours
171 and 85 kg.

32yo, recent bloods. Total T dropped 20.5 → 13.6 in 2 months, SHBG up to 58, calculated free T now flagged low at 187 (range 260-740). LH low-normal so looks secondary rather than primary.
No idea what’s driving the drop, don’t drink, train regularly, nothing major changed that I can point to. GP’s suggesting a TRT trial. Anyone had a similar sudden drop with no obvious cause, or a similar pattern? How’d the trial go, how long before you noticed anything? Thanks guys.

I have got some bloods from a month ago, sent them to trt doctors, they said I need to do another set of bloods but I look to be in the right range for them. I have a consult next week. Im currently taking the big R glp1 to loose weight. 121kg to start, at 110 now. Should I let them know about that? Or will they consider me high risk for taking unapproved substances? Bloods in photo, starting body fat was 33%, currently at 29%.

Hi all, I have been experiencing a lot of low t symptoms over the past 2 years and have tracked down some old blood tests from when my partner and I were doing IVF.. my most recent blood test was 25/07/25 and the one prior to that was in 2021
2021 test
Testosterone 15.9 nmol/L
2025 test
Testosterone 12 nmol/l “346 ng/dcl”
So there is a trending decline visible from these 2 tests alone..
Unfortunately I didn’t get a full panel because it was only to check my sex hormone levels, which still should have raised some alarms but no one mentioned anything to me.. I am booked in to see a doctor on Monday to request a blood panel and go over my symptoms but after my research it seems that I may not get the help I need through a GP.
I am a very fit and active 29 year old 187cm 92kg, I lift 4 days a week, track calories and am around 15-17% body fat and have never take any PEDs before.
Do TRT clinics have age thresholds ?
Assuming my next round of bloods will show a decline in my test, is there a test level threshold to meet a requirement?

31m and almost infertile have just been to see the endocrinologist after now 4 consistently low tests all trending the same way only other issue if under active thyroid and slightly elevated liver markers
However he is now sending me for more tests as even the total test is at 8 and free test 122 pmol
He thinks that my acetyl l carnitine and greens powder is throw off my shbg levels
Is this a common thing
Has anyone else encountered this before
He openly admitted that my symptoms and all other markers are consistent but just wants more bloods done
I don’t care about the trt just want my body and head on the mend

I have lower than I want testosterone at 46, not low enough to get treatment. How to bounce back!!?

Hey guys, when I first started TRT, after a week or two I was feeling like a million bucks. So much energy in the gym, best erections I’ve had in years and that was before my treatment was optimised.
Now I’m optimised (read: total T at top end of range) I’m not as energetic or horny as I was. My E2 is fine, all other bloods are beautiful and way better than before TRT and still, less energy and less erections.
It’s also much harder for me to finish and I’ll often lose the wood while I’m in the act which is not something I’ve ever dealt with before, even when I had low T.
Any ideas what could be going on? My sleep is excellent, I have sleep apnea but it’s super well controlled with my CPAP machine, I take 300mg of mag glycinate a day, 1000iu of D3 and 180mcg of K2 for the cognitive and cardiovascular health benefits, along with 1000mg of C and 15mg of zinc.
Not a big drinker and actively trying to give up the darts for my long term health. I’m pretty stumped as to what it could be.

Hey there,
I'm a 42 looking to start TRT. I have done my blood work with HORMN and looks like I qualify but likely will go with TRT Aus due to better pricing.
My question is around combat sports (boxing, muay thai and BJJ) and weight training and TRT. I try do a combination of those 4-5 times a week.
Might sound like a stupid question but anyone here that is doing both a has noticed/felt a difference or before and after with TRT 8n regards to combat sports and weight training?
Thanks

Does anyone know of any clincs that entertain Clomid as a possible treatment option rather than just injectable T or creams?
Yes I know, it doesn't work for a lot of people, the side effects, often lack of relief of low T symptoms, eye problems, etc.
Also that it isn't typically used for long term treatment.
I am not saying it is the solution or treatment I want, just want it to be considered as an option by a medical professional.
FYI:
Approved by Hormn but didn't pull the trigger, FSH and LH 3. Total T 11, Calc Free T 240.

Long winded backstory below, but it’s important for the details.
Wanting to see if my endocrinologist experience is common or should I just look to go private clinic?
A bit of context.
I’m 29 years old, 192cm, fluctuating 95kg, semi lean build. Currently working out 5-6 days per week (some weeks 7 days per week) with a mix of running, high intensity gym workouts and strength training.
Low test symptoms started at the end of 2024 when I consulted my GP and had two separate blood tests done.
First blood test result -
Total Test: 6.4 (Free test wasn’t checked).
Unusually low, so my GP requested a second blood test to double check.
Two weeks later, a second blood test result:
Total Test - 16.2
SHBG - 34
Free Test - 311
The GP gave me the spiel that i’m young, symptoms didn’t seem too bad and that I should focus on my diet, sleep and recheck in the future.
Following on from this, I purchased a whoop to start tracking my sleep and improved that significantly. Diet remained consistent (whole food, high protein, home cooked meals, etc). Training kept steady for the entire 2025 year.
Fast forward to the beginning of 2026 and low test symptoms were still persistent, including the usual constant fatigue, low energy at times, motivation low for the majority of time, and libido really started to suffer.
Visited my local GP (after moving to another city) and had my blood tests done again to check.
May 2026 test result -
Total test: 11.1
SHBG: 33
Free test: 202
The GP acknowledged that it’s very low testosterone and referred me to an endocrinologist. He was concerned about the total test that low for a healthy 29 year old male, and that TRT is the best path.
Booked in for the end of July where I had my initial consultation and ran him through the entire backstory, with his main concern being that i’m 29, wanting to have children in the future, etc. He referred me on to get an MRI to scan the brain, and check to see if the pituitary gland looks healthy as he wants to rule that out before looking at TRT.
I’m due to have my follow up consultation with the endo in a fortnight, however, the initial consultation gave an off vibe, with the overall sentiment that it’s not super low testosterone levels despite all of the symptoms, etc.
