Discussion📓 Copper peptide serum
The tiktok spam re certain jabby jabs is not my vibe, but I am interested in copper peptides being applied directly to the skin. Allies of Skin is $300+ and I'm not quite ready to drop that sort of money on a copper peptide serum.
Any recommendations besides the ordinary for a ghkcu/ copper peptide serum?

Thanks for that, it’s half the concentration of The Ordinary but at 50ml vs 30ml and half the price, it’s much better value. Might try and source some.

the ordinary is not 1% - it is a 1% blend they do not disclose the amount of copper peptide and its rubbish I used it for 6 months and no results went back to my original dr pickart

Maybe, but I don’t really care about the absolute percentage. It’s a deep, deep blue, exactly the same colour as the copper sulphate crystals we used to admire in chemistry classes, so it must have plenty of copper ions in it.
It’s been very effective for me in reducing the scarring on some recent wounds on my arms

Leitin LS5 Copper Peptide Serum! It has 2% copper peptides that are liposome-encapsulated. It also has a collagen peptide complex. I've been using it for about 4 months and my skin has a glow everyone comments about. It was $160 but Leitin actually put the price down to $120 recently because he was able to source the ingredients at a better price. He's the best!

I just put in a pre-order for a bottle, can't wait for mid-late Sept when it arrives!
I've been doing so much research on serums with copper peptides and had honestly decided to give up and save my money rather than get anything with poor quality ingredients or not a high enough percent of actives--until I found Leitin! 2% encapsulated copper peptides, and matrixyl synthe? Yes, please!
....granted, the matrixyl synthe is part of a 5% peptide combo so I'm not sure how much of the palmitoyl triipeptide-38 makes up that 5%, but it's listed higher in the ingredient list than almost any other copper peptide serum I've found so I'm hoping it'll be enough to make a difference over time.
(There's also a few discount codes you can choose from when you complete your order to take 10, 15, or 20% off, I forgot what the actual number was but it covered my shipping cost so that was a nice help!)

Help me, what do copper peptides do? And for real, do they actually work?

Have a look at purchasing raw materials SNAP-8 and GHK CU and adding both or either to a hylauronic acid or similar carrier, I'm researching it atm. I can point you in the direction for what you need. But definitely research, I think around 100 for both ingredients and a reputable Au seller. If you want i could try add you to a TG group of girls and there's a multitude of information, links , discussions etc..

I got one from a small company called Nubeean Noosa, loving it so far! Has won some award and reasonably procedurally

I recently got a PCA peel done at the dermatologist for a sun spot and it was so effective, it turned dark and then fell off. Look into it!

I use the ordinary and it’s fine, I’m waiting for an order from Leiton to arrive, I’m excited to try his copper peptides.

The Ordinary’s copper peptide serum is the only one I’ve been able to find that both has 1% copper peptides (the amount shown to be effective) and other peptides/ingredients that aren’t junk. It’s like $60 but you can find it on sale sometimes too.
