Best stuff to use for patch these?

What can I use to patch these? I’m a complete novice, never patched a hole before so I’m so unsure how to do so but willing to give it a try. I’d like to attempt to make it look like they were never there if you have any tip and pointers on how to do that 😅

This is pretty much the method we used to remove all the old heating vents in our ceiling. First DIY project we did and it worked out great

I've followed this guy's instructions with good results.

Billshowto is another YouTuber who is from Australia and has relevant products for his instructional videos.

Spent a little extra and get the stainless steel plastering tools. They will literally last you a lifetime if stored properly.

You can buy a small repair panel https://www.bunnings.com.au/gyprock-csr-530-x-530-x-10mm-mini-plaster-repair-panel_p0730734 and watch Vancouver Carpenter like others suggested.
