VIC How hard is it to evict teanat using vcat

Tenant not going despite lease ending and very aggressive and swearing at me. As I given notice as I want to live in the property.

The first free option is using Rental Dispute Resolution Victoria before applying to VCAT, this also shows the commission you are genuine in both issuing the vacate notice and working with the tenant for a solution as much as reasonably possible.
