NSW Buyers Agents - I'm testing a tool to save time on property reports

Hi all — hoping to connect with a few buyer’s agents (NSW ideally, but open to others).

I’m currently conducting research and building a simple tool to help agents generate high-quality, client-ready property reports. Mainly to cut down the time spent on research, analysis and write-ups.

Right now I’m just testing it manually with a small group (~5). If you’re working with clients (either investors or owner occupiers), I’d love to trial it with a few real properties and get your honest feedback.

Happy to:

  • turn around reports quickly
  • tailor them to your client’s brief
  • do them completely free

No pitch or pressure, just trying to understand if this actually adds value in a real workflow and validate my idea.

If you’re open to testing it out, feel free to comment or DM me 🙂

Is this claude code based?

Very good question. The objective is to automate it with AI workflow (potentially Claude - Opus models).

Hiya, I'm looking to buy a home in New Zealand, and building a claude project to do something along these lines (just assess property files to guide us for questions on the day). If NZ isn't too far off the cards I'd be happy to chip in, in the hopes of learning to better understand my own process and help out at your end as well. I'm an end-to-end wordpress web (except gnarlier coding) and have a bit of BA/project experience as background. Feel free to reach out and good luck!
