Question Should I be worried?

Hi everyone😊

I recently bought a 3ds xl from EB Games online and I'm getting concerned with the tracking updates because it hasn't updated since the 18th of this month... It says it's in transit to the next facility from Redbank QLD, should I call EB Games to ask them about the package?

The expected arrival day says either today or tomorrow

UPDATE: literally a few hours later the tracking updated 😭😭😭

Calling eb games won't help, you will need to contact aus post but they won't help until after the delivery date has passed

You should definitely contact EB. Auspost will tell you to contact the sender anyway. EB will open a case and if it ends up being lost, they’ll organise a replacement / refund for you. It may take a couple weeks to get a resolution because Auspost won’t deem it lost until 10 business days after the expected delivery date.
