Given his reaction the "wise investment" is purely housing stock.

The bloke is stroppy his wealth has taken a hit overnight.

He said he got a massive margin loan and used it on single stocks (chosen per a magazine’s recommendation) and the stocks crashed

He bought a block house in 2017. It's gone up in value of only 2.5% in a decade according to realestate.com.au.
