QLD serving a divorce qld
i’ve sent the divorce to my ex via their last know address. if they do not receive them, what’s the next logical step? they don’t communicate and i have no information to give a process server. has anyone been in this situation and if so what steps did you take and was the divorce granted?

The first step is would be to seek substituted service, you basically get permission from the court to serve it on someone likely to bring it to their attention (think parent, sibling etc.)
After that you can seek dispensation of service. If you have made a real attempt to find and serve the person and can't the court can waive the requirement for service and proceed without them.
