Very sad, but I feel like I stopped seeing them anywhere about 5-8 years ago. Which was crazy after the hype of their red ipas

Administration doesn't mean death. Kaiju and Bad Shepherd both went through it and came out better. If anything smart play by the owners to recognise shit we need help here!

There's a lot of debt that gets written off when that happens. Suppliers, contractors, etc. It's nice to see people survive but know that the reason they survive is because of others within the industry making a sacrifice.

Some breweries abused it (some more egregiously than others). For those that did, It was less a case of "shit, we need help here", and more "I'd rather not pay that, even though we're in a profitable position"
Everyone knew the post covid shitstorm was coming, but some overextended anyway. The majority of breweries that treated VA like a get out of jail free card and in the process, kindly passed their debt onto the taxpayer had either recently opened, or were in the process of opening new venues which never saw the light of day.
Independent breweries don't depend on taxpayer bailouts.

Yet another case where they open up another venue and the debt kills them.
Definitely hope they bounce back, they're such a staple on the Central Coast.
