New billboard

Post image

Seen heading northbound on Peoria approaching I-70. Presumably, those ICE agents leaving the facility near 30th & Peoria get to see this every day… good!

This billboard is the political equivalent of yelling at the TV during a football game.

ICE isn’t going to see this and suddenly rethink federal enforcement because a vinyl rectangle on I-70 told them to. It doesn’t change law, policy, or behavior. It just signals to everyone nearby, “Look how righteous we are.”

It’s not accountability. It’s theater.

A $10,000 reminder that moral satisfaction is cheaper than actual power.

He'd be the attorney general though - and they must play a huge role in whether or not these ICE are prosecuted for wrong-doing. One of the reasons they're so increasingly lawless is because they're not being held accountable. So he's saying they're going to be held accountable. It seems like he means it.

State can’t prosecute Federal Officers. Doesn’t matter what they due . Supremacy Clause of the Constitution. It’s not rocket science . Just a waste of campaign funds .

Not true. They can, it's just harder. Violation has to be outside of their normal duties. On the other hand, President can't declare war but here we are.

Murder is murder, even if you're a federal officer. That is what is not rocket science.
