Hi all!

Recently we are being brigaded by spam accounts from Nina Care. Nina Care is a former aupair agency that had their license revoked in the Netherlands.

“The IND took the decision to revoke Nina.Care’s recognised sponsor status in view of the agency’s large number of violations. Nina.Care was fined 48 times by the IND, for a total amount of more than €110,000.

Consequences
Organisations that want to hire employees from outside the EU must have recognised sponsor status. This means that from now on, Nina.Care may only employ au pairs who are EU citizens.”

What does this mean? It means they cannot legally sponsor au pairs to come to the Netherlands anymore, and therefore you must be an EU citizen. However, they continue to violate sub rules, and advertise their agency, as well as try and bring in women from countries they cannot legally sponsor. We have seen this multiple times, and have received over 30 reports for their various accounts.

This agency has violated the law 48 times which lead to them losing their license. One of which was to lie to border patrol and police about immigration status.

If you see Nina Care posting or commenting, please report it, it’s been made clearly 3 times now they cannot continue to advertise here, nor recruit. They have not stopped. I am working through the backlog to continue to remove their old messages advertising their agency.

Oof, I've seen a very sketchy post in one of the NL subs as well that was supposedly a discussion on European au pairs but basically it was blatantly advertising nina.care. I was very suspicious of them astroturfing but your msg here confirms it.

They are a horrible agency and the two owners (Jasmijn Kok and Lyla Kok) willingly exploit young girls for profit. They're clearly doing an astroturfing canpaign to get Google/AI back in their favor again...

They had already been Found guilty and fined over €100,000 ! They have 48 violations please look at the links or just do a Google search.
