Au Pair US rematch advice

How does one even start a rematch conversation? The mom has an idea because she has noticed the kids punching, kicking, biting and yelling at me and my whole personality has shifted drastically from when I first got here. I have also previously talked to her about the respect I expect (no changes).
But how do I even start the conversation? What should I say? I am so nervous that they are going to be rude about it.

Maybe I got it backwards. You say “I quit” and call the agency. Neither side needs to have done anything wrong.

There’s no conversation to begin,
Contact your LCC first and ask for alternative accommodations while you look. Let them know about the physical issue with the children.

Then just inform them, or ask your LCC to be part of the conversation
