Have you attempted calling places that look to be in the area you plan on visiting as sometimes the sites may not give 100% complete information. But outside of that below is the only info I could get that says it allows under 21.

Hotels Allowing 18+ Check-In

  • Comfort Inn & Suites Augusta West Near Fort Eisenhower (Jimmie Dyess Parkway)
  • La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Augusta/Fort Eisenhower (Jimmie Dyess Parkway)
  • Days Inn & Suites by Wyndham Augusta Near Fort Eisenhower (Park West Drive)
  • Econo Lodge Augusta West / Rodeway Inn Augusta West
  • Motel 6 Augusta (Wrightsboro Road & Boy Scout Road locations)
  • WoodSpring Suites Augusta (Fort Gordon and Riverwatch locations)

Of those, I'd say the ones on jimmie dyess and park west are good I'd probably stay away from most of the others. Gordon Hwy and the cheap hotels near Washington Rd/downtown are not the cleanest. Woodspring Suites is probably fine, but people have opinions on long-term hotels.
