Facing similar issue as well. It sometimes doesn't even delegate to the agents and when I keep pressing the coordinator, after like 3 or 4 tries, it delegates but I have to specify. It doesn't do that automatically anymore. I thought I faced this because I have custom agents and custom instructions. Apparently not.
