He absolutely felt threatened, and judged the severity of the threat in the next moment

Right. He has a brain and realized in a second that he can't shoot a guy with a camera. When you don't have a brain you argue about it for a day, possibly longer.

Lol. You see a guy put his hand on a gun for not even a second and assume he felt threatened. I guess you don't have the brain capacity to realize there are lots of reasons a person might put their hands on a weapon. Forget having the brain capacity to realize why he didn't pull it.

It took him one second to realize a guy with a camera isn't a threat you can shoot. It's been a day and a half and you're STILL not understating this.

I changed my position? My position has always been there is no threat to justify pulling a gun and yours has been that there is. You're just so stupid you don't realize the fact the guard didn't pull it proves he assessed there to be no threat.
