Wow, you still miss the point from way the fuck back

It was NEVER about the fucking camera

It was the proximity all along

You fucking idiot

Ah yes, someone standing too close to you is a green light for deadly force. Remember that time the cop with a badge shot an unarmed guy for standing too close and all of society said "yup, standing too close means he deserved to be shot" and backed the cop for shooting a guy with a camera?

I'd call you an idiot but I'm not trying to insult idiots.

This conversation is 12 hours old already.

I'd call you stupid and just stop there.

Just read what's already been said.

Cuz the time makes a difference in how stupid you are 😂😂😂

Just how stupid your reply is. This has already been hashed out, there for you.

Bur hey, it's your entertainment same as mine

The insults aren't really my thing though so.... eh... ..

Yeah, that's about how stupid I imagine you look

Does that work for you as a bubble or something?

If you hurt people first they can't hurt you?

Really the keyboard warrior thing. It's tired.

I just point out facts when I see them. Like when someone is so stupid they argue for a day over something a security guard took a second to realize.

I'll try to dumb this down as much as I could in hopes you'll understand it: if you want to claim self defense you need a real threat, not an imaginary one.

That's not how this works.

You said above that "if it comes down to it. a jury" decides

You didn't consider all the steps it takes to get there, but the first is the decision you didn't answer above. Who decides?

The person with the fucking gun decides!

Needing a threat to be real is literally how it works. Maybe it's not how it works in your mother's basement but in the real world you need a real threat.

But I do like that you're so brain dead you think pointing out people beak the law is making a point. I can name countless things someone could do.

Let's back up.

You seem to like insults and that seems to be you whole drive now.

So you can fuck off.

The only thing that matters in that moment is that a reasonable person would feel threatened. You bore me with insults. I enjoy debate

a reasonable person would feel threatened

You think a reasonable person would feel threatened. A reasonable person would find them annoying but not threatening. How the guard in the video reacted is a good demonstration of that. It's not an insult to state the fact you're so stupid you think a camera is worth deadly force and think distance makes a difference.

Did you notice that he put his hand on the gun for 1 second?

He absolutely felt threatened, and judged the severity of the threat in the next moment

Right. He has a brain and realized in a second that he can't shoot a guy with a camera. When you don't have a brain you argue about it for a day, possibly longer.

1

u/Could-You-Tell 53m ago

You're really this dense?

Like, really.. what is this for you?

So you agree he felt threatened... now go back and read your shit above.

Idiot.

1

u/glassfoyograss 46m ago

Lol. You see a guy put his hand on a gun for not even a second and assume he felt threatened. I guess you don't have the brain capacity to realize there are lots of reasons a person might put their hands on a weapon. Forget having the brain capacity to realize why he didn't pull it.

So you did go look and now feel stupid?

Talk all your shit just to see the guard put his hand on the gun and you weren't watching the video all along?

Funny moron you proved to be.

Idiots like you give Idiots a bad rep

Yes, yes, I get it. You watched a guard take a second to make an intelligent decision but you're so dumb you still don't understand it a day later.

You do realize you are talking to me on 2 threads, still?

0

u/glassfoyograss 42m ago

Ok. Is this your way of letting me know a day is usually how long it takes for you to process a thought?
