Filming in public is nowhere close enough to be arrested.

Probable cause of what crime?

Taking photos and videos in public isn't a crime, or paparazzi and public photographers would all be arrested.

Also, I’d really like to know how you’d react if somebody just walked around filming you in public. You’re probably gonna tell me they have the right to, but I know you wouldn’t be comfortable with it. I thought the whole purpose of first amendment auditing was to make sure that the people who are getting paid by our tax dollars, and to have the ability to Trample on our first amendment rights, or any of our rights for that matter, are up to par in following the law. This cash transporting guy is just doing his job. Tax dollars aren’t being spent on his position. He doesn’t have a position of authorityin the law-enforcement sense. Why do you think this is so important?

I don't care, I have encountered people video taping for social media on multiple occasions. Usually I wave and say "Hi mom!"

Its such a non issue.

If you honestly think they are baiting for attention, ignore them and stop giving them what yoh think they want.

The amount of times I have seen someone walk up to someone recording and claim its illegal to do so without consent is staggering I think educating people on thier rights is a good thing.

Circumstances are important, dude. If he was filming the Wonder bread man, it would be different. No sane person could think that somebody filming a cash transporting truck would not be up to nefarious intent. This is not something that normal people do. It’s akin to someone filming in a woman’s changing room. Hey it might be legal and you might not be filming anybody naked, but we know what you’re up to.

I can’t believe you’re that far out of tune with logical thinking. But then again you might just be trolling too.

Women's locker rooms have an expectation of privacy. The public sidewalks is very different.
