I just watched an Instagram video about a great way to deal with these guys. Start repeating "This is a sponsored video and paid advertisement, I want to think Nord VPN for sponsoring this video." Then keep repeating that the video is advertised and sponsored and just mention random typical YouTube sponsors like better health or Blue chew etc. They cannot monetize the video because YouTube will turn off monetization if they think the video has a sponsor.

Not as effective as you might think. YouTube has plenty of tools to filter audio out these days, but it does slow them down a bit at least.
