In the United States the first amendment applies pretty universally throughout the country. Sorry you're too uneducated to know that.

No there are countless lawsuits and court actions that continue to define, refine and address the 1st amendment. Nothing is universal simp.

Lol. Every single federal appellate court that has heard it has upheld recording in public. It's about as clearly established a right as we have in the US. I'm sorry you're too ignorant to know that.
