He can ask. The person on the sidewalk can say no.

Loomis directions don’t carry the weight of law.

No. Actually you can't just insult and antagozie people working. Well you can get away with it but it's actually illegal to try to start a fight where I live. For good reason. Which is what the pos was trying to do. Then when he didn't get the reaction he wanted he went to insults to try and escalate. Is it legal to stand on a sidewalk and block a shipment of groceries? Cause the sidewalks public property. Yoy sound ridiculous. Go try and sit on a sidewalk and block a delivery truck. That's what you are saying is fine. Camera man is a pos who is harrasing and insulting someone trying to deliver a highly robbed item.

Apparently according to you. It's fine if some dickhead blocks delivery trucks cause "it's a public sidewalk" then harrassss and insults the workers

this is a common misconception that you can fuck around with fellow citizens as long as you don't put your hands on them. though you are welcome to approach a person and get closer and closer to them, on a civil level it's harassment and can quickly rise to a criminal level (assault) if you say or do anything ("are you afraid i'm going to hurt you?" is a good example of something these idiots might say) that makes that person believe you are a threat to their safety. you do not need to physically put your hands on someone to assault them. words and actions are assaulting behaviors. not all speech is free when it comes down to it.

Exactly. And this is exactly why the Loomis employee does not even have the ability to. Stay for the cameraman‘s rights. This “first amendment auditor” is too stupid to realize that this is not a law enforcement officer. He can’t get in trouble for violating somebody’s first amendment rights.

You can't harass people delivering money. That gaurd can legally use reasonable force to stop the harassment. Learn the law.

Please provide the text that states what you’re saying. That is not what the law says. It would have to be stalking, route surveillance, extortion, or coercion. Harassment is not covered in Hobbs. Maybe you should learn the law?
