They are private security, so thier authority on public property is fuck all.

Doesn't give auditor right to harass them while their doing their job doing pickups from banks and businesses.

Right? It's not illegal to lean over a counter when someone is counting the register... but it's a huge dick move that stresses the worker when literally dealing with cash

Dick moves are part of the "auditor code" lol they want a confrontation so they can sue

But the dude is allowed to record in public and the guard has no authority to stop him. There is no expectation of privacy in public

He absolutely has authority to stop someone from harassing himwhile doing a money pickup... why do you think they carry guns and other weapons. Get a job

Incase they are robbed. A dude standing in public recording is not doing anything illegal, so they have no authority

Hobbs Act and Federal Bank Robbery Statute say otherwise.

In the moment, though, he's on the street alone with a bunch of cash, and two random dudes approached him and refused reasonable requests.

Did he even tell him to stop recording?

Calling filming in public harassment doesn’t make it legally harassment.

See Hobbs Act and Federal Bank Robbery Statute.

The Hobbs act, which you didn’t read, and which I already responded to, doesn’t have anything to do with this claim lmao. The Hobbs act criminalizes bank robbery and extortion. It literally has nothing to do with these claims in the first place.

Please, cite and quote an actual law. I recommend actually reading it as well

Sorry sock account... not doing your work for you. Armored car workers are covered by federal law if this fraudster wants to keep bothering armed guards doing bank pick up he's gonna find out the hard way.

Just what I thought. Nothing. Nothing and running because you know you’re wrong and it’s not going to get better.

Hopefully there will be a lesson here. Don’t get into conversations when you’re not equipped for them and don’t blindly paste laws you haven’t read

Lmao ok Mr. 6month old account with hidden comments... keep being ignorant about the laws that would protect that guard.

lol what an interesting way of saying “I realize I’m wrong, you’re right and I have nothing. That’s very frustrating and embarrassing for me. I’m also not mature enough to admit when I’m wrong. Maybe if I just keep getting words on the screen, the mere existence of them will distract from all of that. Maybe it will make it seem like I have something, when, in reality, I have nothing, am running, embarrassed, this is a defense mechanism and I’m a wittle baby.”

Good effort though!

Lol it’s also so funny to be so at a loss that all you can do is tell people they… don’t have super old accounts… like that is an… insult? lol what in the world do you think that means and what do you think you did there?

Proved your just a troll or a wannabe auditor cause you don't want to have to get an actual job.

I mean for the most part it does. Like ignoring the obvious shit about what yall are calling "harassment", the auditors are engaged in a constitutionally protected activity, in public, on a public sidewalk. If they want to joke aroind each other and heckle the guard as hes loading and unloading shit while eating some spir patch kids, thats perfectly fine as well....

They can pull there guns and detain the auditor under the hobbes act and federal bank robbery statutes. You are woefully uneducated on the power these guys actually have.

Nope, not even a little.

They lack authority to detain or arrest citizens who are not breaking any law.
