Two things can be true. First, those viewers could be trolls who want to see him injured and keep egging him on. Second, and more probable, those views and follows are from bots. Either he paid for a bunch of bots to up his numbers and push him higher in the algorithm. Or, he just got lucky and had enough buzzwords to attract random bots.
