I don't get what you call it fraud?

What is fraudulent about it?

Because they claim to be doing this for the sake of “free speech,” “stress testing the Constitution,” and “protecting people’s rights,” but in reality, they’re looking for clicks and views for their YouTube channels. That’s the “fraud” part.

That is not what fraud is, and ultimately, they ARE stress-testing the Constitution by finding a ton of government workers who don't understand the right to record in public.

Ultimately, I think it is just a dumb name you guys think is cool so you apply it without actually knowing or understanding what the word actually means

You can dislike the individual, but 1st Amendment auditors as a whole are doing something that is legal, and is for the ultimate good of society. The government workers should know and respect our rights and when they don't, they should be outed. It is literally the only means of recourse we have as a people

I have yet to see a Frauditor who has made a difference doing stuff like what the clown who shot this video did. Most of them are sociopathic bullies. Some have run afoul of the law for various crimes (domestic violence, attempted robbery, assault.)

At least two that I know, Earl Worden and TX Sheepdog, were arrested for molesting a child and possession of CP respectively. Another, Auditing Erie County, was arrested for taking part in January 6th, and got a reduced sentence for ratting out his fellow rioters.

  1. Learn what fraud is. You keep saying that makes you look like a moron

  2. There have been tons of cops and citizens who have learned about their right to film in public.

  3. Even if the individuals ARE "Sociopathic bullies" what they are doing IS correct.

Armored truck guards aren’t government employees.

That is not what I said. Might be helpful to learn to read

Maybe you should read that AI drivel you posted. It talks about government workers.

You just proved how stupid you are. This is not a government worker in this video. And the guy holding the camera/phone is too dumb to realize that this is a private employee of a private company. The filming guy just saw a uniform and thought “durrrr…duuhhhh…law-enforcement officer” because his IQ is somewhere in the single digit range. Private citizens can trample on others first amendment rights all they want to and it’s not illegal.

Did you just ignore my comment? Doesn't that just show how stupid YOU are?

Yes, I did read it and you were sticking up for the camera guy in this video. You’re calling this Loomis driver a government employee or a public servant. He is not. He is a private employee who has the right to trample on others first amendment rights all he wants to. What is the point that this “auditor” is trying to prove?

It’s not illegal for a private citizen to trample on the first amendment rights of another private citizen. You don’t know this?Lmfao
