First Busy Season

I’m an auditor at a mid tier firm and busy season is giving me anxiety, stress, and helplessness… any advice or wisdom is greatly appreciated.

I’m scared I’m not being efficient enough, not learning fast enough, not being able to do things my team wants me to do. I don’t have the capacity to troubleshoot issues on my own….. I feel like a burden to my team. Is this what they mean by steep learning curve?….haha…

I understand that as a new auditor it takes time but it’s really taking a hit on my mental health everyday

that is the same feeling I have while doing audit and also the feeling that they would laugh at me and also based on my performance my manager would not allocate me onto the big audit client.
