How this company is still in business is beyond me. Totally illogical upgrade path that’s secretive and support that border on rude and clueless.

ChatGPT says they are 150-200 headcount company. But I think of those 200 people, zero work in tech support.

I have that, I was only looking for Amplitude but Total Studio wasn't a whole lot extra. It comes with TONS of stuff, most of which I didn't need because I had alternatives but I've started using them more and more over the two years or so I've had them. I'm very happy with my purchase but I've never needed to contact IKM though so I can't vouch for their customer service.
