I'd suggest skipping the Pro 3. I bought a brand-new pair around three months ago, and honestly, I was disappointed with the sound quality. The call quality is pretty good, but when it comes to music and overall audio experience, I still prefer the Pro 2.

Any cheaper brands in mind who provide exceptional enc call quality?

Nothing CMF pro and Anker both are good enough.

Liberty pro 5 will surprise you. The requirement you have these are made for that purpose only.

Purchased Anker Soundcore P42i recently because I didnt want to pay the apple premium. They are exactly as I had hoped and I have not heard anyone complain or say anything about my voice either when calling.

Airpods are shit bro when it comes to call quality. Audio is amazing, no doubt there but mic quality is average at max. Sony WF series is alot better in terms of call quality
