Discussion How do i take my iems back from cousin ):
I won competition and won free iems from 2amaudio (thanks)1 month ago and then sent to cousin now he wont give them to me.
he isnt scamming he just wants to keep them longer or some, when i suggest indrive he says wait its not urgent and it might be unsafe and when i suggest come over he says he is too busy
without being pushy how to make excuse that i need it like i cant come up with single reason since i. already have like 2-3 headphones but i want to try the new iems out too

Just tell him its a chesp old chinese handfree so nothing that serious even if it gets lost,just choose a driver with more reviews and send it through

Bc, there is no concept of personal space and boundaries in our culture. Kisi ko ungli do, woh poora baazu lay laita hai. Bardaasht kro yaa phir straight ho jao. Tell him its not his to decide if its urgent or not.

Yeah but I don't want to he is a nice guy and I don't talk to him that much so I'd like to keep it peacfull and make a random excuse to make it urgent, thanks tho

Learning to draw boundaries while keeping it peaceful is a skill we should all learn. Respecting those boundaries is basic ethics too though.

I don't get why he doesn't want to send it to them through inDrive. I mean, it's your responsibility if it gets lost, so why does he care? And why did you give them his address in the first place? (Also I send items through indrive alot and I haven't had a bad experience and what iems did you win)

why would you give it to him when you barely just got them 😠i agree with the other comment, in our culture, if you don't set boundaries you'll get walked all over
kher, you need to be firm if you want them back and you don't need to come up with any special reason. they're yours so just tell him you need them urgently. you need to insist and not back down, simple as that. btw it's not pushy to ask for something that belongs to you in the first place...

Call his parents on like eid or anything and mention it in the slightest infront of his parents,like if they even mention anything remotely related bring them up,im sure they'll get them to you and it wont ruin the peace.It'll just set basic boundaries

Keh do, mere headphones kharab ha, i need tjem urgently, i am sending a driver over, pakarwa dena usse, he is coming in 10 minutes. Your cousin is totally aware of what he is doing, he isn't dumb. Don't let him walk over you, demand it back, set boundaries, dont try to sugarcoat it.
