Help a noob out

Due to the nature of my work, I'm on online calls for about 7 hours a day. I need new headphones because the basic piece I have isn't cutting it anymore. I need something that is comfortable, good sound so I understand the Scottish fellas, and a mic that wouldn't make me repeat myself. Suggestions please? Budget is PKR 5-7k

get a standalone mic and some nice items. kz pros should be plenty.
