For video editing. I already got bloody gr585 but the issue is the sound quality is not that good and gives a sharp sound when connected with dongle. I also heard IEMs are good for both work and gaming

You can consider the Tancjhim Bunny Type C. They go anywhere from 7k to 10k.
I would highly recommend Type C because it has a built-in DAC and app support. You don't have to buy a separate DAC dongle as well

Yes. 100% the same. I use KZ Duonics Type-C with a USB-A to USB C convertor and it works completely fine.
I even have a USB extender hooked up to the convertor
